Happy Halloween!

Halloween is a holiday celebrated on the night of October 31. Traditional activities include trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, bonfires, costume parties, visiting haunted houses and watching horror movies. Halloween originated from the Pagan festival Samhain, celebrated among the Celts of Ireland and Great Britain. The versions of the tradition was carried out by Irish and Scottish immigrants to North America in the nineteenth century. Halloween is now widely celebrated in several parts of the western world, most commonly in Ireland, the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom and occasionally in parts of Australia and New Zealand. Even some Asian countries are beginning to celebrate Halloween on a big scale. Too bad the theme for the upcoming annual dinner of the company i worked with is "Traditional Night" not "Halloween Night" or "Masquerade Party". Otherwise it would be fun to dress up as a zombie or a vampire:)
