SZUL

Felt like getting jeweleries as gift for loved ones for the upcoming holiday seasons but not interested in all that hassle of choosing at the jewelry stores? SZUL is one of the first online jewelers to offer a remarkably wide selection of diamond, gemstone, and pearl jewelry. Szul was founded by jewelry industry experts and seasoned Silicon Alley Internet and e-commerce entrepreneurs.

Szul sources and manufactures diamond and gemstone jewelry from specialized markets around the world, making it possible to offer customers fine jewelry at the best prices.

Szul ensures product quality and value by eliminating the "middleman" retailer, buying in volume, buying the right goods from the right markets, being customer-conscious at every stage of production and offering products solely through the Internet.

Szul is not an extension of a standard retail store but an exclusively Internet-based company. By controlling the sourcing, manufacturing, and product distribution, Szul can bring fine jewelry to the public at exceptional prices while raising the quality bar on the competition.

Prices at Szul are substantially lower than traditional or online jewelers but it was guaranteed that the product quality is never sacrificed in the bargain. Szul is located at the heart of Manhattan's Diamond District, which allows immediate access to some of the best resources in the jewelry industry, both locally and worldwide.

Spice Girls Performs At Victoria's Secret

The Spice Girls had their debut reunion performance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday. The crowd went wild when a huge glittering SPICE sign lifted to reveal the girls performing Stop, dressed in glamorous 1940s-style outfits.

Next was the girls new single Headlines(Friendship Never Ends) in which the Spice Girls wore gowns designed by Roberto Cavalli, along with $5 million worth of diamonds by top jeweller Neil Lane which were protected throughout the day by three security guards! The girls wore three different outfits throughout the glamorous evening. They still looks stylish as they were ten years ago. I just bought their greatest hits cd which has a bonus dvd of all their hit videos which was definitely worth the buying.

The girls will be performing two songs on BBC Children In Need later as well as talking exclusively with Terry Wogan live from Los Angeles. Can't wait to catch more news of the girls soon!

Annual Dinner

Last week I went to the Annual Dinner of the company I worked at Mandarin Oriental which is situated at the heart of Kuala Lumpur and just next to the Petronas Twin Towers. It was a wet evening as it has rained before. The theme for the Annual Dinner this year was 'Traditional Night' in which the employees can wear varieties of traditional attire by different races in Malaysia. Obviously, a lot of people are not that interested in wearing traditional clothes and most wore modern attires like dress, gowns and so on. I was one of them too as I wore a dress this time.

The banquet hall of the 5 star hotel was beautifully decorated but it was kinda difficult to snap photos of the hall because of the dim lighting. I sat together with my colleagues at this table for 10 person and had course dinner.

As usual the Annual Dinner was kinda boring as there's not much activity involved apart from the lucky draws, some speech from the top management people, lousy fashion and dance shows. The best part was when this famous Malaysian comedian took over the stage with his extremely funny jokes. The food was much better compared to last year's dinner at KLCC. The dinner ended at around 11p.m and it was dancing time. The deejays started to spin some cool dance track but most of the people had already left the venue. I had photos taken with my fellow colleagues before we left. I won't say that I had a real blast at the dinner but still, I had spent some great time with my fellow colleagues as most of us don't hang out that much together.
